Incredibly friendly staff. Explained everything patiently. Visited twice this week and both times had an awesome experience. Very happy with the outcome both times

Went into Carmarthen store this morning…
Went into Carmarthen store this morning to sort out a problem . We were so lucky to have Becky to serve us .
She understood our problem and was so understanding with us as we are not very tech friendly . She explained everything to us and actually sorted it out for us .
We are so grateful as we would never had been able to do ourselves .
Thank you Becky for help , understanding and patience .
The store are fortunate to have such a great employee.

Terrible costumer service
I took out a contract with Vodaphone and for over a year i have been trying to transfer this account to another person.
The staff in store were totally unhelpful. I nolonger live with the person who had the phone. They insisted we came into store together which we did. coursing a great deal of stress to arrange.
The staff in store then informed us we had to complete this on line and be together when they called us,
This was completed online and we called them while together. the contract still remains in my name and i am still being billed for an account i dont use

I have been having problems with my redmi note. I cannot update the apps on my phone due to a lack of internal memory. Beckie (Blue) went above and beyond to try to solve my problem and her help and advice were invaluable in getting to the root of the problem.

Amazing at Carmarthen Vodafone Store!
The lady with the amazing ghost nails in the Carmarthen store was absolutely amazing. She was really kind and helpful when I went in to sort out my airtime plan. She was so helpful to break everything down into understandable language for both me and my mum. It was lovely to speak to a genuine human being! Thank you! 🙏🏻
