Had issues with our recent transfer to Vodafone broadband - especially our mobile phones! Lewis & Becky sorted this out and are a real testament to the kind of practice we would expect from such a reputable company as Vodafone! ( unlike the experience we had at our local branch in Stafford recently! Store manager & her colleague on Wednesday 5th March were totally dismissive & had no interest in our problems or helping us out! ) Total praise for the Carmarthen branch 👍👍

Had a great deal with my new phone
Had a great deal with my new phone, I could not be happier, service was excellent and could not fault the staff, helped me transfer info from my old phone as im useless at that, thankyou Vodafone carmarthen, customer for life.

Me and my partner came in as we were…
Me and my partner came in as we were looking for both of us to get new phone contracts and Becky went above and beyond to make sure we left with exactly what we wanted and happy. She looked through every option available for us which suited us best. She was incredibly professional, friendly and genuinely wanted us to find what was our best option.
