Carmarthen store superb customer care
Josh in the Carmarthen store made everything so easy. Went in worried about broadband, my old phone and my package and came out with a great deal in all of it. He was so patient and helpful - just fantastic customer service.
Then Kelly also helped us

Enquiries about contracts and phones
Decided to enquire about upgrading my phone, switching networks and what plans were available. Was helped by Kelly who answered all the queries I had. Even though I only came into enquire nothing was too much trouble and nothing felt forced, thank you for the help. I’ll definitely be back

Bianca was amazingly helpful

Outstanding Customer Service
I came into the Carmarthen store yesterday to find out what my options were in terms of upgrading my phone. I was approached by Jamie who was absolutely fantastic in assisting me with purchasing a new iPhone. Jamie was communicative, a great listener, extremely knowledge and most helpful in finding the right phone and plan to suit me personally. I did not feel any pressure to go ahead with any of the plans we discussed and I left feeling happy and reassured with my choice. I love my new phone and it is very obvious that Jamie and the sales team at Carmarthen want you to feel happy and comfortable during this process. I highly recommend this store and the team if you want to discuss any of your phone options in a professional and friendly way. Well done guys!

Great customer service
Channing(?) and also Jamie (?) - not sure if names correct, at the Carmarthen branch went over and above in their friendly and knowledgeable service. I had called in to ask a technical question about my current samsung phone and then made enquiries about a new phone as my contract is at an end. Not pushy at all, instead honest and helpful advice given. If I hadn't visited right at the end of closing time I would definitely have made a purchase today. Many thanks
