trying to contact Vodafone re digital…

trying to contact Vodafone re digital changeover.
Unable to speak to anyone bar "TOBi"
even this useless piece of web chat doesn't understand what a digital changeover is.
Impossible to speak to anyone who has any idea about broadband.
Been into a Vodafone shop; no difference there either

Steve helped us with everything that we needed from choosing a new hand set to setting up everything on our new phones. Myself and my husband to be have walked away very happy with everything. Great customer service Great atmosphere and we are 2 very happy customers.
