Natalie has always helped me with my Sim Swaps in Washington. I went into Washington for one and it was a nightmare, they told me she was now in Chester so I have went there and she has sorted me out no bother

Fab customer service.

Mandy was absolutely fantastic at sorting my upgrade. She was very friendly, very knowledgeable about the phones, plans and anything else I needed to know.
I left very happy & confident ive got the perfect upgrade for me.
