Went to Vodafone shop today. Fantastic help from Jay who looked into our case as the people we rang up did not help. Thank you so much Jay You went above and beyond and explained everything.

Excellent customer service from James

Excellent customer service from James, absolute credit to Vodafone at Chester le street. Had put off having to renew home broadband, upgrade a phone and sort out additional Sim card options. James made it as simple and as uncomplicated as possible. I ended up with a brilliant deal, and a positive customer experience
thanks to James and his knowledge. The Chester le street store had a lovely friendly and professional team and I would absolutely recommend them to help you 👌

I have never met anyone as brilliant as Leon’s service. He helped me fix my device and made my bills £15 cheaper. User friendly for all ages highly recommended.

I would recommend Chester-le-street…

I would recommend Chester-le-street Vodafone Shop if you are in need of any sort of help. We went in and Liv helped us sort out a phone. She went though all the options, best deals and prices. She was very professional and friendly too, made us feel at ease straight away. Very happy with purchase and the whole experience. Thanks
