Ryan was amazing
Ryan was amazing. We are in the older age bracket, he was so patient and knowlegable. We never felt rushed even the shop was busy or silly. He explained our options and what he thought would be best for us still leaving the end decision to us.

Ryan at the Chippenham store …
We went into the chippenham store in Wednesday and were served by Ryan. We were very frustrated by dealing with the online service trying to set up a new contract so decided face to face would be better. We are both pensioners and not exactly tech savvy. Ryan was extremely helpful and renewed our confidence in Vodafone. He was very patient and gave good advice. We will always go into store from now in and give the online service a miss. Thanks Ryan for exceptional customer service.

Brilliant service. were greeted as soon as we entered…
We were greeted as soon as we entered the shop & offered coffee. Ryan was absolutely wonderful in explaining everything to me as I’m not good with technology. He was very polite, friendly & obviously knew his stuff! He answered all my questions. I was worried what affect changing my phone would have on my hearing aid app & he put my mind at rest about that. He set it all up for my phone to be delivered the next day to my home. I do hope Ryan gets recognition for being an amazing adviser to me, & wish him all the best.

Phone problem
Thomas was able to sort out the sound problem with my phone in every good way which was causing me a real headache.

Amazing Grace
Grace was very helpful and really clear with each step of the process of upgrading my sim. Whole store was very inviting and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend!
