Came in with issues regarding maps. Alex fixed our issue quickly and efficiently and then dove into my account to see if we could upgrade. He managed to upgrade my broadband for higher speeds and he also helped us leave 02 and take out a new phone and plan on the Vodafone network. 5 stars

Great knowledge and helpful
Tom and Keiran were great. I popped in for some help after a few days on the phone to Vodafone and they exceeded expectations.
They took the time to find the problem with my account, fix it and then ensure I left with the broadband package I was after, and fitted earlier!
In addition they upgraded my mobile to a cheaper and better contract.
I absolutely recommend this store!

I just had about my best customer…
I just had about my best customer service experience ever. I'd lost my phone, Vodafone central promised a sim card which never arrived, so much distress after a week without a connection to the world. Kieran sorted me out 100% - he's a real expert. The whole team is very helpful - I couldn't recommend it more

Jess and Alex deserve FIVE STARS !!!!!
Jess and Alex were very friendly and helpful in the Cirencester Vodaphone shop yesterday. The automatic new mobile contract didn’t suit our circumstances and they quickly found a way to give us a much better adapted contract at the same price for 24m. We think they deserve FIVE STARS !!!!!
