We had the pleasure of being served by Danny today, he was extremely apologetic as there was a lot of people in the store and he apologised for the wait time. Danny was really helpful discussing sim plans that would suit both my business and my husband . He had good knowledge of the iPhones he had in stock and what would work best for my needs.

Excellent customer service
Changed my plan and ordered a watch. Excellent service from Danny, who made sure I understood everything that had and would be happening, delivery wasn't great, but that was DPD fault, went back to store, saw Danny who sorted it all out, helped set up my phone and watch and made me feel totally at ease. Excellent service.

I have visited Vodafone Clacton store three times over
the past months to seek advice and eventually decide to buy a new phone. All the staff in store have given excellent friendly service and have answered all my questions and addressed any concerns I may have had. Today I ordered a new Samsung phone and I wish to praise in particular staff members Danny and Oliver for all their help.

Ollie provided a great service and was very helpful setting up both phones we have recently purchased from Vodafone. He also helped with email queries and will help me apply a PAC to keep my number. Am very happy with the results since moving to Vodafone
