Upgrade made easy
Was due an upgrade on my phone, so I went in and saw Charlotte, who was very helpful. There was a wait, which she apologised for and I was ok waiting. Charlotte went through all the options with me and explained it all very well. Was a lovely, professional and easy upgrade. Thank you Charlotte for you help.
