Levi in the Vodadone store in clacton…
Levi in the Vodadone store in clacton was a great help with me getting broadband, helped me understand everything with the switching process and helped me get my sim plan down.

Visited the Clacton-on-Sea store on…
Visited the Clacton-on-Sea store on Monday and was attended by Danny. We were already Vodafone customers but were seeking a better deal and Danny could not have been more helpful; his patience when navigating the almost impenetrable (it seemed to me) Vodafone bureaucracy was impressive. I will just say that had it not been for Danny we would now be with another supplier, so all kudos to him.

Amazing Customer Service
From the moment we walkedninto the store Levi welcomed us, after telling him we were looking to leave Vidafone he asked if it would be OK for him to see if he could get us a deal we wanted. He took his time talking us through some options and also asked his colleague for help (Becca). We ended up re newing our contracts with a great deal and exactly what we wanted in terms of data and roaming. We are very happy and Levi explained everything. A great experience from start to finish.

Excellent staff
Was served by Becca who gave excellent and informed information about my account. Friendly knowledgeable and easy to talk to and ask questions. She gave good advice on the issue I had with my wi fi and reduced my bill!
I have never yet had less than a positive experience with any of the staff at this branch whenever I have called in. I always know they will solve any issues I have. Thank you Becca and the rest of the team.
