Pleasant and professional service

Andrew in Vodafone was most pleasant and professional in his dealings with me. He recognised that I have been a long standing Vodafone customer and sought to get the best deal for me.

The service I received from Ben was…

The service I received from Ben was first class , he was the only person that was able to help, I made numerous calls to Vodafone and the service was poor , the in shop experience was excellent and something Vodafone need to look at.

Best Service from a Mobile Provider

Was in store a few days ago with Ben.
I had broken my phone and he got me sorted with a new one, got my SIM card back and got all of my contacts and pictures back on the new one!

Top tier service and I would recommend to everyone

My sales advisor Matthew was excellent…

My sales advisor Matthew was excellent when me and my husband went to add hom onto my contract and I got a new phone with an excellent deal. Matthews mannerism, patience and costumer service skills were brilliant. I would definitely recommend anyone to Vodafone

Friendly and professional

Every time I have been in staff have always been professional, friendly and helpful.

Was served by Paul today who was all of the above and sorted my WiFi upgrade making the process straightforward and hassle free.

Had a hawaii phone that was smashed up and not connecting to the Internet, Paul C got everything swapped a cross to the new phone for me including all my photos, contacts and apps, thanks again Paul, great help

I came in looking the latest Samsung deal, Paul C seemed to know what he was talking about, he gave me the best deal possible and also gave me £350 credit for trading my phone in! I can't believe how good a deal I got, thanks again Paul, great help :)
