The best vodafone store by a mile
Tom and the team in crewe were extremely helpful, recommended a great deal on a Samsung product which are obviously the best market. The new fold looks lovely

EXCELLENT SERVICE
Visited the Crewe branch to obtain a new PAYG SIM card for my elderly brother. Only has a basic phone & does not use the internet or require data. We were assisted by Kelby, who could not have been more helpful. Understood our needs, did not try to sell us something we didn’t need, and looked at options to save money. Excellent service from an extremely pleasant young man who is both a credit to Vodafone & his generation. Thank you Kelby.

Very good full fibre
Switched from Plusnet to Vodafone due to very unstable connection, as soon as the switch completed I have had zero problems. the router and extender also work flawlessly.

The gent called Thomas.
I got served by a lovely bloke called Thomas, he was extremely polite and friendly, I came in with a issue regarding my mobile device to which he help me solve In a very timely matter. I would happily go here again or suggest anyone to visit especially the lovely gentlemen that is Thomas.

Fantastic customer care
Tom has been fantastic helping me (across numerous visits to the Vodafone store!) to get a phone contract set up that works for me. He listens and is responsive to my requirements and tailors his advice to me personally. I’m not someone who’s tech-savvy but I’ve come away understanding my contract, very happy with my phone and payment plan and feeling personally cared about. Thank you.
