In store

I was extremely satisfied with my experience in store with the support and help from Dom he was very welcoming and explained everything clearly. I felt he went above and beyond and nothing was to much trouble for him, we was very happy that we saved money and got an extra contract out very grateful of Dom

I have always dealt with jay over the last 8 years -he has always been so professional helpful in explaining everything to me, getting the best deal for me and my family over the years. I wouldn’t go anywhere else as Jay is a credit to Vodafone.

Superb support from instore team…

Superb support from instore team especially Sid transferring from old phone to new. Helped patiently over a couple of visits to the store over succesive days without drawing too much attention to my incompetence !

Came in to the Vodafone store in derby

Came in to the Vodafone store in derby, I have been having issues with my current supplier and spoke to Jay and rubel who were so patient with me and helped me get a new deal and sorted my phone out after all the stress I have gone through they have really made my day! Credit to the company excellent service
