Jade-Now that’s what you call great customer experience

I went into store today and was supported by Jade. She took time to understand what I wanted and was extremely helpful to share different options with me. No pressure, just time to consider what was best for me. Jade made the whole experience simple and straightforward.

Had a great experience at Vodafone…

Had a great experience at Vodafone today. Came in for broadband and left with reduced monthly costs! I want to thank Kady for helping me and for giving me a great service. Sayfur was also a gentleman!

I went into the derby store on…

I went into the derby store on Saturday. I was seen my Miz he was very professional and very helpful. He sorted the two contracts we have out and nothing was too much for him to help. Definitely recommend anyone to go to Vodafone they help get the best deals and nothing is to much for them.

Went in to the derby store today spoke…

Went in to the derby store today spoke to Jay he was absolutely amazing inwas so nervous going in there as I don't know anything about phones. He helped me get a new phone helped me transfer my information across and also gave me a demo on some of the features. He was an absolute gem so friendly and patient i wish every shop provided such great service, credit to the company.

Miz was brilliant

I went into the store to cancel my sim and get a PAC code after receiving misleading information from a women called Sally 2 years ago , the advisor Miz was really helpful and manage to convince me yo stay with vodaphone, he was honest and very helpful he went through all the details and also helped me check the emails he had sent about my new contract thank you Miz you were brilliant

Amazing Store Manager

Went into store for help and support after the customer service team on the phone were useless store manager Sayfur was so amazing really helped me a lot and also manage to save me £15 a month on my homebroad band
