I got served by one of the best customer service yet at this shop.His name was Tolis. He was patient with me and gave me all necessary information for me to make a decision.

I will always go in store from now on!
I came in pretty stressed, having failed to get broadband and an upgrade online. Drew sat me down and instantly calmed me down, he was very patient and took me through all my options without up selling. He understood my budget, my needs and took the time to find me the most incredible deal that I would never have been able to find myself. I think I'll always go in store now, I thought online was quicker and better but I was wrong. Drew really was excellent, as was his colleague Nikki.

took open reach 4 days to come out and fix the wifi ik this is not on you but the guy on the phone who works for Vodafone didn't really help but just left us with no wifi and said someone will come out in 3 days if you live in ox10 i don't recommend getting this wifi get 10 download speed witch is very slow dunno if its a joke or something but its not very funny when it takes me 3 days to download a game i wanna play. open reach says you cant get better download speed and also lied and said we get 28 download speed when i haven't seen it go up above 20 but at the end of the day just to let you guys know the download speed is next level terrible so if your looking to download games or films or anything this is not the to go for many thanks had to get this out of me never seen anything like it

Trf to new contact
My 80 year old mum needed a new phone bc her existing phone was only 3G and her contract with a different company was ending. We got a new phone and contract and the transfer of her old phone number worked perfectly so all good. We were served by summer and another gentleman whose name I don’t have.

Very helpful young man
Been dreading going to phone shop 😩

Came in to upgrade my phone, but ended up upgrading our daughter’s phone too!
Dave tag teamed with John and made the whole process quicker.
Together they were friendly, chatty yet very very knowledgeable and professional.

Good customer experience
Dave was very helpful when my phone just stopped working however it was due to the latest upgrade so nothing he could fix but I did purchase a new phone and I'm back up and running again.

Dave and Farhaan are incredibly kind and helpful workers. Their knowledge, patience and kindness is second to none. Already had an account but needed an update so visited the Didcot branch.
Dave was absolutely great, giving superb customer service.
Every step of the process was explained clearly and all my particular questions answered in a very professional manner, the result being that I ended up with a device and payment plan that exactly met my needs.
