Fantastic Dan

Went in with an issue and due to not being able to upgrade yet me and Dan came up with a plan in which helps me get a new phone and to have full insurance on it to avoid this mess again.

I should have called in sooner!

I should have called in sooner!!
Cameron fixed my issue after many calls and visits to other stores.
Cameron and Dan showed professionalism and patience.
At every stage Cameron was confident he was going to get my problem fixed and he wouldn't give up until it was.
I am extremely grateful to both of them.

Customer Service 👌 Matt

I was greeted by Matt when I first entered the store. All colleagues were friendly and inviting. Matt listened and understood quickly what I required and was able to solve more than one issue with ease. Matt talked me through the process, step by step and answered all questions. Matt was knowledgeable, efficient and a great advocate for Vodafone.

Matt provided an excellent service…

Matt provided an excellent service whilst I was in the Dunfermline shop. He listened to my requirements and made appropriate suggestions. He was efficient and knowledgeable on the products and packages and really pleasant to talk to while waiting for the system.
Vodafone computers need to be updated as they are so slow and outdated. Other companies use iPads or hand held devices.

Customer Service was amazing

Kenny was certainly knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Explained everything thoroughly and made sure we were happy with everything we were purchasing Best of all he saved us over£200 a year switching our broadband. Thankyou
