Excellent Service
I’ve used this store for many years now and it is always a pleasure to do so. The team that work there always go that extra mile, nothing has ever been too much for them to do. Whether it’s top-ups, broadband, phone upgrades or even technical help (I’m a bit of a dinosaur and not the brightest when it comes to technology, lol), their help has always been second to none.
In a nutshell, I highly recommend the Dereham Vodafone store.

Dereham the best team...always!!I
I always visit Kesh and his team in East Dereham store. I have been a loyal customer for many years. They are always happy and willing to help, whether it be a problem I may have or a new deal. Even though my new device took quite a long time due to stock issues out of their hands. They kept me up to date. Great team, great shop.

Fabulous service very helpful
I went in to get a new phone as my other had been send for repair and the sim had been blocked. Luke was so helpful explaining my phone and finance options and setting up my new phone for me. I am feeling so much better now it’s all sorted. Luke was great and super kind and knew his stuff and now I’m back up and running!

A very warm welcome
Just want to thank Luke again for setting up my new phone and SIM card. He seamlessly set about the process of data recovery and attended to all my phone requirements. The customer service in the store is second to none. Great team, a credit to Vodafone!

A* treatment from Dereham Branch
Kesh went above and beyond to make sure myself my mum and my daughter got the right package deals for the usage we needed. The after care has even been amazing, checking in to make sure everything’s going to plan. Thoroughly recommend dereham Vodafone shop.

Rakesh made my upgrade very easy
Rakesh made my upgrade very easy. Was informative, very polite and listening to what I was looking for in my new phone. Been coming to this store for years for my phone and broadband, and cannot recommend them enough. Very lovely staff and great service.

Best Phone Shop!
There has always been tales that the East Dereham Vodafone store is the best phone shop that people have been into, after today i actually went into the store instead of doing my upgrade over the internet I can understand why now, some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced Kesh the owner and Josh were so friendly and helpful, they helped me find what was the best for me, I will start going into the store to upgrade instead of going online, after finding out the store is actually franchised from open sources I will 100% support my local business and spread the word to friends and family. 10/10

Fantastic service as always!
I went into the Dereham store to review my 2 boys accounts as their contracts had just expired. I waited less than a couple of minutes to see Kesh as he came straight out when he saw me waiting.
I knew what I needed to do and he talked through the options available, even reviewing my husbands account and renewing it at a better, cheaper price as he noticed we didn't need the GB he had on his plan.
He was also able to renew the boys contracts at a slightly lesser price but with 80GB instead of just 6GB which they were very happy about!
He was very helpful and gave me plenty of information and options available to me, there was no pressure or hard sell at all, which was very good.
I always go into the Dereham store to renew any of my contracts as Kesh and his team are super helpful every time and always provide a far superior service than just ringing up.
I would certainly recommend them to everyone!!
