Lewes is a credit for this company

Lewis at the Eastbourne store was of great help today. He showed me different ways to save money on my phone and broadband which was fantastic. Although the systems are slow he managed to get through it all as quickly as possible improvising with his colleagues computer which was helpful too. Great work

Vodafone Eastbourne

I visited Vodafone in Eastbourne today. I was greeted by two members of staff Harry and Emma who provided outstanding customer service and set up my new Samsung Galaxy S25 without any issues. Emma was very knowledgeable when it comes to phones and her passion for her job is clearly noticeable in her deliverance.

Harry has excellent customer service…

Harry has excellent customer service skills. Spent time, to get the best possible deal for me today. Explained everything to me, in a non- patronising manner. Extremely happy with the service he provided for me. Well done and the best of wishes for his continued progress with Vodafone.
