The staff are knowledgeable and happy to help. The lady i dealt with was anna, and she was very professional and explained everything. Was looking at upgrade and was taken through my options and taken through every step.

Great experience.
The moment I stepped into the store I was greeted warmly by a member of staff. He took time to listen to my needs and was most helpful accommodating them. He explained clearly my options and executed his duties efficiently in order that I could get on with my day. During my visit we were interrupted by a call I had to take. He was gracious and understanding. Thank you Manoj for a good experience.

Great Service
Had a network problem with my new phone and Ranj in the Evesham Vodafone shop went above and beyond to help me sort it. He couldn't have been more helpful and even contacted me afterwards to make sure everything was still OK. Excellent service 👏

If you need help
Just had to review the Evesham Vodafone store, went there today for help in setting my phone up and met two excellent chaps ManoJ and RanJ didn’t think they were going to be able to do it but they battled on with Microsoft having to do emails and password changes to be able to get it to work.
Absolutely excellent service by them both and would strongly recommend everyone to go here.
