Very helpful and honest...

Evesham, Worcs: The Lady that advised me today was great. She listened to what I was looking for and understood why. Trying to find a new phone whether it be Contract/Upgrade or simple SIM free but it needed to meet my requirements. In the end there wasn't a solution and she was honest about that without trying to get a Sale - so Thank You. Would thoroughly recommend.

Very helpful staff

Very helpful staff. Manoj helped me sort out a SIM swap for my new phone. Ranj also very helpful when I bought my phone.

Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful

After my old phone had a massive hissy fit, I was helped by Ranj to select a new phone. Ranj took account of my limited teccy knowledge or inclination and made the process easy.

Friendly and helpful service

Recently went to pick up a phone bought online and ended up buying a second in store. Ana was extremely helpful and friendly. Didn’t over sell but listened to where our budget sat and what we did and didn’t need.kept us entertained whilst waiting for the system to update. Overall very satisfied.

Manj & Ranj were great today

Manj & Ranj were great today! I had an issue with charging my iphone. Thought it was the iphone that needed replacing but it was just an issue with the charging port which they sorted!!

Ana was exceptional is her patience…

Ana was exceptional is her patience dealing with someone who had been an android user for decades making the switch to iPhone. She was utterly charming and so knowledgeable and I left the store feeling so very well looked after and confident with my new phone.

Ranj and Vishi AMAZING

Ranj and Vishi were amazing from the moment we stepped into the store to when we left. They were both really helpful, explaining everything clearly, getting us the best deal, overcoming problems along the way. Fantastic customer service throughout and great banter! Would highly recommend.
