Jon helped me move contracts over and…
Jon helped me move contracts over and got me a great deal on a new phone. He was incredibly patient with my awful phone and supported me through 3 failed data transfers. I would thoroughly reccomend Vodafone and in particular the Exmouth branch for anyone looking for friendly, patient and helpful service!

Great service
Fantastic service on Saturday at Vodafone Exmouth with John. He was really friendly and helpful. We were looking for a good deal for a new phone for our daughter as well as upgrades for mine and my husband’s phones. He was able to assist us to make the right choice for our family set up and get us a good deal on all three.

Exmouth - first class experience
Visited the store yesterday to see Jon, who has been very helpful in the past. Managed to sort out three ‘deals’ for my family, which was superb and better than going online. He did all the transfer of info from our old phones to the new ones… saving the angst of doing it home. Whilst we were with him awaiting the phones to do their thing we also watched him in action with other customers… he seems to be the ‘go-to’ man for both residents and visitors to Exmouth. The OAPs especially liked him. It was an excellent experience. We also watched Dan help an older lady with her OF business broadband! Quite the experience.
