Jon and Dan and the manager are so helpful. Jon looked after my broadband and phone switch. He made the whole process easy to understand and really friendly and made me feel confident in my purchase. Great service. I went in needing a new phone (very reluctantly), Jon helped me/us out with the right knowledge, a sense of humour, and was very helpful. I can highly recomend.
