Conner/Connor from the Felixstowe store…
Conner/Connor from the Felixstowe store was excellent. Didn't try to flog me anything else that I didn't need or already know.
I came in, originally to get a charger, mine was knackered. Didn't particularly want an upgrade because I've kept using my old phone.
Really helpful and patient.
I came back with a few issues and those were sorted too.
New phone great but it's just a mobile at the end of the day 😄. Vital. He was very helpful so as promised, here's my review. The great thing also was the USB that I discovered, blimey I sound old but ta to him for just sorting out what I wanted 👍xxJ

Great service
Great service. Michael was brilliant and so informative for myself and mum about a phone upgrade and WiFi home packages. Not pushy at all which is very hard to find. No question was silly. We will be going back next week as my mum want to purchase the WiFi deal.
