Great service with the human touch …

I went to Vodafone Silverburn to cancel my late husband’s phone contract.I was the first customer on a Sunday morning I was attended to by a lovely young man called James, who when I said why I was there gave me his condolences. I got a bit upset and he was very caring, got me tissues and was very understanding as to why I found it upsetting, he totally put me at ease. Thank you James.
