Went in to get a new phone for both myself and my son as our phones where getting old and slow
Adviser BEN was able to help us find a great deal and not make our bill too much higher
Had a wonderful experience and even had my phone transfered for me

James in the silverburn store was so helpful and professional while helping my elderly parents with a new broadband package. They were unsure what was needed and James took time to explain and allowed them time to discuss and think it over. Excellent service by James who I would highly recommend.

Appalling - avoid at all costs
Absolutely dreadful service from Vodafone (the shop in Silverburn). Have been a customer for over 10yrs. Contract had expired and was due for renewal/upgrade. I explained I wanted to keep the handset and move down to sim-only. But was told my monthly cost would actually increase due to issues with phone insurance. No effort to negotiate or make a better offer. Just a shrug of the shoulders from the sales rep Jaina - "sorry, there's nothing we can do". Appalling. Phone and broadband cancelled with immediate effect. A horrendous company.
