I came into store with the issue of my…eSIM upgrade

I came into store with the issue of my phone being out of commission for nearly 2 days due to an upgrade going south (eSIM problem) Francesco was amazing and had my phone up and running inside 20 minutes 👌

Phone upgrade

Francesco was absolutely fantastic throughout this whole upgrade experience. He spent all the time necessary and made me feel valued as a customer. He was extremely helpful in transferring all my data from one phone to another. Much better dealing with someone face-to-face. Thank you Francesco. Brilliant

Our recent visit to the local Vodafone…

Our recent visit to the local Vodafone store was extremely good. The staff were excellent. Frank dealt with us with respect. He explained everything clearly . He has made the transition from O2 to Vodafone very easy for us. We also had help from Nick. Rate them both as excellent .

Francesco is brilliant

Francesco is a brilliant representative of your company, sorting put new contracts, etc. for our two phones and a tablet. The shop is quietly managed in very relaxed surroundings and personalities

Frank is very helpful

I've had a great experience with Frank in the Gosport branch, he has helped me with my phone's for a number of years now and he has been very helpful in helping me find the best deal for the best phone at the time! Highly recommend
