Lonnie was great in the gosport store…
Lonnie was great went into the Gosport store wanting full fibre broadband, he made sure I knew exactly what I was getting was what I wanted and was friendly and helpful throughout.

Had an issue and had exceptional help from Lonnie in the Gosport store. Fixed the issue and helped to sort out a better plan for me as I was using all my data before the end of the month.

Nick was 100% excellent. His advice was straightforward and made everything easy to understand. He sorted a cheaper monthly payment and advised on how to change my broadband when I move house

Excellent Service at Gosport Store
I visited the Gosport Vodafone store earlier this week and received excellent service from Nick. He was welcoming, patient, professional and highly knowledgeable, answering my numerous questions and proffering suggestions to help me make the right choice. I had put off changing my phone for long after it was due for an upgrade as I was concerned about losing any contacts, photos, apps etc. However, I need not have had any concerns as Nick made the transition between phones a totally seamless experience. He is a great asset to the Vodafone team and based on his service, I would have no hesitation in recommending Vodafone to my family, friends and colleagues.

Your colleague Lonnie served me for an upgrade and the customer service he provided was outstanding. The upgrade deal was exactly what I was looking for.
