Silviana was really helpful and knew everything I wanted to know. Didn’t rush me and was really easy to talk to. For reference she had another customer bring her in some chocolates (unfortunately quality streets) which obviously says a lot about how she treats customers. Would recommend to anyone

Went to my local Vodafone shop in…
Went to my local Vodafone shop in Gravesend today with my husband and son to look at new sim only contracts, as our current ones had run out. We were served by Chris and Laura who were helpful, patient and polite. They knowledgeably answered all our questions and we left very happy. Thank you.

Great experience
The guys in the Gravesend store were really helpful and really good to me during this process of getting my new phone! From ordering my phone in to transferring all of my stuff from one phone to the other! Will be coming back to this store in the future! Thanks guys!

Gravesend branch was so helpful
I went into the Gravesend branch where Laura and Silviana were extremely helpful. They helped me change my plan and upgrade my daughter’s phone. We were there ages and they were super patient with me as a techno-dinosaur and explained everything really clearly. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough.
