I came into the Greenwich store and was greeted by Sergiu. His customer service is amazing he was friendly and really helpful and helped me find the perfect phone for me. I highly recommend him his made me a very happy customer

Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service, sorted all my internet and phone contract sorted all in one day. Set up my device and gave me excellent advice. Godwin and Sergio went above and beyond to provide the best service. They are an asset to Vodaphone.

Godwin showed great respect and professionalism

Just was passing by when decided to pop in to my local Vodafone branch. Was greeted by Godwin. Since the very first moment he showed great respect and professionalism. I walked out with an average £15/month reduction of my bill.

Excellent service from Sergio at Vodafone Greenwich Cutty Sark

I visited the Vodafone store at Greenwich Cutty Sark recently to look for a new SIM-only contract, and I received fantastic help from Sergio right from the start. He took the time to listen to what I needed, explained all the different plans and features clearly, and made sure I understood exactly what I was getting.

He was really informative, patient, and helpful throughout the whole process, and helped me find the perfect plan that suited my usage and budget. It was such a smooth, stress-free experience, and I really appreciated how knowledgeable and friendly he was.
If you’re looking for great service and honest advice here, I’d definitely recommend asking for Sergio. I’ll be coming back here for any future mobile needs!

Fatastic support help along with superb…

Fatastic support help along with superb patience from Amjad at Greenwich Cutty Sark. I was in a distressed state when I came in to the store as I had security issue. He was super communucative and solved all the problems I had encountered. Thank you Amjad.

I came into the Vodafone Greenwich…

I came into the Vodafone Greenwich store to enquire about a mobile hotspot. I was attended to by Sergiu who was very tolerating of all my questions. I have been to the store a couple of times and commend him for his consistent customer service. I left a very satisfied customer.
