I visited the Greenwich store after I lost my phone. I was stressed out losing access to my contacts. Amjad assisted me to get New phone and transfer my data into the new device. Excellent service

I was assisted by Evindar who was always very cordial, helped me understand what would be the best option for a phone and a new sim card contract, always being very honest to explain how it would be the best way to make the contract without harming my monthly bills. Friendly and very professional. Its easy like this, probably will make a second phone with her. Thank you to a great experience at vodafone greenwich

Sergiu is incredible
We visited the store on 29th December. Sergiu looked after us and went above and beyond to fix the issues with our phone and mobile number. We couldn’t be more grateful. He really took good care of us and helped us more than we expected. He helped us quickly retrieving our mobile number after the phone was stolen and also helped us recover the back up phone.
Sergiu’s service was impeccable, super kind, patient and knowledgeable. Thank you so much, Sergiu!

Superb Customer Service
Excellent service thanks to the experience and attention of Godwin. Highly professional, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Made me feel very welcome and valued as a customer as he took time to find me the best renewal contracts for my phone and home broadband.

Retail Advisor Sergiu
I visited the store to upgrade my tariff yesterday. Luckily Sergiu was there, and helped me more than enough. I have been to Vodafone's Greenwich branch a few times before, and I know him from my earlier visits. He always finds the best way to help, and he is too friendly.

Incorrect offer corrected proactivity
I was offered a great deal on the phone and sent to this store for the SIM pick-up. Adnan was of great help who spotted the error made by the on-call team and helped me correct it in time.

First class customer service
I had a difficult situation to get through and the manager, Sergiu, was amazing. Kind, patient, knowledgeable and spent a lot of time helping me. I can’t thank him enough. Really first class customer service. Thank you to him and the team at Greenwich, including Mustafa for his back up support.

Sergiu and Adnan were amazing
Sergiu and Adnan were amazing.
I went in to get a new phone, they helped me with that and then they transferred the data for me, showed me how to use my new phone, tips; tricks and features.
Had a nice chat while we were waiting too!
By far the best Vodafone store in London, I will recommend to my family and friends, 10/10 experience.
