I visited the Greenwich store after I lost my phone. I was stressed out losing access to my contacts. Amjad assisted me to get New phone and transfer my data into the new device. Excellent service

Incredibly helpful staff
Incredibly helpful staff. I had an issue that turned out to be with the hardware but they spent near an hour trying to get it sorted and then advised me how to get my phone fixed.

Sergio has been really great in helping me in a situation others couldnt figure out. Instead of passing me around, he worked across couple days and followed up with me to make sure my wife’s number was found and activated.
He personalised his service where he remembered our names and kept us updated on the progress of the situation.

Great customer service
Great customer service from both the guys at work! I didn’t get the name of the one guy, but Mo who has helping me was great. Seemed like they enjoyed the day at work.
I’ll recommend these guys to other international students looking for a uk SIM card.
