My phone got delivered today so I went…
My phone got delivered today so I went into store for my transfer to be completed and Amy was great in assisting me! Everything was moved over and then my trade in sent off. Very happy with the store will come in for help again.

My old phone was giving me a black…
My old phone was giving me a black screen every now and then so I knew I was ready for a change. I went into the store to see about a new phone and I walked out with the new S25 FE, unlimited data and a £150 cashback offer!
Everything I needed for a cheaper price than I thought.
The lady in store Amy helped me .ove everything to my new phone and it was ready to go for when I came back.
Great service and painless.

Went in to the Grimsby store for a new phone and got a great price on it. Has what I wanted for a new phone and a cheap SIM deal. Couldn't be happier. Amy who served is was so nice and a great laugh too.

Speaking to a real person in store
Speaking to a real person in store, that sold a phone to me that I wanted rather than the best seller. Aaron was very helpful and also set up the phone for me with all the apps, contacts etc that I needed even though my old phone was so old he had trouble finding the right cable.

You can visit the store with little or no technical knowledge Chloe will sort you out no problem. Lovely girl
I've been a customer of Vodafone for 31 years and had some excellent service from the staff in the Grimsby store but today I was attended to by a young girl called Chloe and what a knowledgeable and pleasant young lady she is. Nothing was to much trouble for her and she was super patient with me asking probably stupid questions. Chloe is surely a Branch Manager of the future

I came in to discuss my billing as I thought it was a little high, however after speaking to Amy we was able to arrange a great deal for £3 more and to include a new phone on an offer! I was very happy when I left and she set it up for me so it was ready to go. Very happy with her service in store and very friendly!

Went into branch today and was greeted…
Went into branch today and was greeted by Arron. On looking at my phone it appeared my screen had gone. On looking at various phones that were in stock , he had a wide knowledge and was very helpful, a credit to the store. He was also assisted by Chloe who helped me get some of my new phone up and running. Would defiantly recommend these 2 helpful employees

06/12/25 Aaron at the Freshney Place store absolutely fantastic service. We came in and required two new handsets setting up and all data transferring over. Aaron did this without any issues at all. Yes it took at little time, but he was efficient and professional in his work. Got us sorted out and explained everything that was required. Very impressed indeed. 10/10
