Chloe really helped me when I could not…
Chloe really helped me when I could not use my phone due to damage and got me a new deal and transferred all my info over from my broken phone to the new one with no issues

Came in and spoke to Amy she sorted me a lovely pixel from my old phone. She transferred everything over for me too so my phone was ready when we finished shopping too!

We came in just to see what an app was…
We came in just to see what an app was on mt phone that appeared and ended up walking out with a new phone. Amy was very attentive and helpful, we always have a nice chat and enjoy seeing her in store. She sorted us a good deal with a ew phone and moved all my info over to the new phone. Always happy visiting Amy at this store.

Fantastic customer service
Amy was extremely knowledgeable, patient and able to answer all the questions I had. Nothing was too much trouble and Amy went above and beyond to make sure that I understood everything and was very friendly and helpful. The customer service I received was excellent which is sometimes quite difficult to find and experience these days. I would have no hesitation in returning or recommending and will definitely be looking at what other services I can transfer to.

Great service & knowledgeable staff
Went in to get a new phone having done no research beforehand. I was served by Chloe who was more than happy to sit and go through my options with me and help me find the best option.
