Storm was so helpful today in sorting out my connection problems post holiday abroad when I had ensured there would be no roaming charges. Cheerful, respectful and knowledgable, Storm put a smile on my face! I was pretty committed to Vodafone before but now I know I am very unlikely to change provider when you have such good customer service! Thank you

The store was clean and in a great location.
Ben was extremely helpful and friendly. He was knowledgeable about all the plans and devices and allowed me time to go through each one.

Great multitasking
Visited the Vodafone store and had a great experience, much better than my phone experiences.
Steve managed to work miracles. I’m impressed how he managed the store team who were all busy. I door which was locked (I’m sure unnecessarily) answering questions or multiple people before making multiple customers smile.
A credit to Vodafone.

Great service in Guildford
We needed to replace a phone and went without an appointment to the Guildford shop.
