Wonderful Experience Working w/ Nikki
I’m an international student who needed to set up a UK number. Nikki helped me figure out the best plan for me so that I could keep my international number and pay as little as possible for my new plan. Nikki was very patient and explained everything very clearly. It is much appreciated.

After a week of hell
After a week of hell. Speaking to customer service advisor over the phone. I came to the Hackney branch and spoke to Mohamed. He received excellent customer service. He was very helpful. He went through everything with me. He was very patient. I'm so happy now Thank you Mohamed. ☺️
