Hafsa was very helpful today
Hafsa was very helpful today, she explained the full process of upgrading to my iPhone 15 pro max and gave me the best deal possible for being a long standing customer with Vodafone. I would absolutely recommend the Harrow branch to everyone. Thank you very much again Hafsa you was great!!!!

What an amazing and helpful team.
I have recently moved house and have had an absolute nightmare trying to get broadband sorted out. I placed an order online, only to have it cancelled 2 days later. Another order was placed by CS to the wrong address this was also cancelled. At the end of my patience I tried the Vodafone store in Harrow. What a godsend this team was. I was helped firstly by Tamiah, really helpful and totally understood my frustration with the orders being cancelled. She tried her best to help but managed to be defeated by the system so had to grab her manager Hafsa, who was adamant that the system wasn't going to win. Again, she was helpful, and you could tell she was a good manager and had a great team. After about 90 mins, all my issues were fixed, broadband was ordered, and ALL the confirmation came through while I was still in store, even managed to sort out my hotspot issue while I have no Internet.
I'm not a Vodafone mobile customer but with in person customer service like this I might have to switch. Great job and thank you so much Tamiah and Hafsa for taking the stress away of one of my many issues with moving house to a new build.
