We went into the Harrow-on-the-Hill…
We went into the Harrow-on-the-Hill store and saw Minadi who was exceptionally professional, polite and knowledgeable. Would 100% recommend. She went through all the iPhone 17 packages highlighting the key differences.

Inconsiderate and insensitive
Vodafone started laying cable outside my house gone midnight and the noise keeping half the street awake. Are they not aware that there are more suitable hours in the day for this kind of work?

Biggest scammers ever for a sim only…
Biggest scammers ever for a sim only contract that was 24£ it went all up to 48£ in just few months , contract ended a month a go and i still got charged an extra 48+ £ always problems with reception and internet and if i wanted to leave i had to pay 300£+ to end the contract people please inform your friends and stay away from this company and their scamming contracts.

Amazing experience, great customer service
I had a great experience with the customer service I received. She took the time to explain everything in detail when I was choosing which tablet I wanted. She went through all the costs and payment options clearly and was extremely patient in addressing my concerns.
I was unsure whether to go with Vodafone or Samsung directly, but her positive attitude and professionalism made all the difference. I even visited EE and Three to compare, and I was shocked at how much higher their prices were compared to Vodafone.
All credit goes to her—she truly represents amazing customer service. She was able to multitask efficiently, helping other customers while still making sure I felt fully supported. Honestly, she’s store manager material.
Overall, such a great experience I left feeling confident and happy with my decision.
