The staff were exceptional
The staff were exceptional, very polite, attentive, and talked me through the whole process. Sidra, for being new, was absolutely lovely and a credit to you. Ryan was also lovely and as Sidra's trainer he was brilliant.
I cannot fault your staff, the service today was second to none.

Excellent instore service in Hartlepool
This review relates to the service I received in the Hartlepool store this month. I had upgraded my phone and was advised by the sales agent that it would be delivered to the store the following day. I heard nothing on the due day and therefore visited the store the day after. The lady in the store was extremely helpful, and advised the phone was due in a delivery that day. I received a call from her shortly afterwards to state the delivery company had advised they had missed the drop off. She knew I was only in town for that weekend and offered options to help me. None of them were ideal as I live over an hour away but that was not her fault and she took time to try to help. If I lived in Hartlepool I would definitely recommend going into the store for any future requirements rather than online or over the phone with the sales team. Thank you!

I attended the Vodafone Hartlepool…
I attended the Vodafone Hartlepool store for a iPhone upgrade. As with my previous visits to the store, I found all the staff to be friendly, polite, helpful and very professional. Matty in particular always looked after my accounts and he is a credit to the company.
