Excellent Customer Service

Visited branch to fix damaged sim not registering in my Grandad’s phone. Sat down with the loveliest customer service advisor Sophie who immediately took down details very efficiently and made the process as smooth as possible. After a new sim and a better deal paying less a month we are relieved and so happy with the service. Thank you so much Sophie you are a credit to Vodaphone.

So happy with my service today in Hartlepool Vodafone. The manager Matthew and sidra were able to help me with my bills and a new contract after the store was closed.
Such a nice atmosphere and team.

I had such a laugh with Ryan and Sidra today, such a lovely team in hartlepool Vodafone.
Able to upgrade my contract early, by trading in my device to cover my early fee. Never been happier.

Quick, swift upgrade. Went in for new phone. Sorted out extra SIM and broadband at same time. Sandra was fantastic.

Sandra and sophie helped me transfer…

Sandra and sophie helped me transfer all my data from my old to my new device and were very informative and patient

Sophie also completed my trade in which gave amazing discount!!!
