Excellent service provided
Went into the shop to speak about issues with digital voice linked to broadband as this was not working and we had reported the issue in November. Spoke with Nicky who helped enormously to put us in contact with the broadband team who resolved the issue. Whilst there Nicky arranged for my husband to be added to the account going forward and she also saved us some money by reviewing our mobile contracts. All the while Nicky showed to be knowledgable, patient and friendly throughout. Very impressed.

I went into the Haywards heath store…
I went into the Haywards heath store recently with some phone issues. The staff were very friendly and helpful and answered any questions I had. The problem got resolved and i was very happy! thank you !

Hands tied due to it being a franchise!
I’m sorry to say that in recent months we have found Vodafone in Hayward’s Heath absolutely diabolical in being helpful with situations that do not include signing a contract and buying a new phone.
For example, my phone stopped working, we went into the store and we were told to send the phone off for assessment and repair as it was still under warranty. This was done and then two weeks later - without a phone, I received a letter that was sent back to say this was not done due to it being not under warranty. This was checked in store. I was without my phone for a month due to issues and mis communication and it is still not resolved. I had to buy a new phone with a new provider. It was blamed on them being a franchise and its Vodafone fault. That doesn’t help the customer and it’s just passing the buck. Personally, once the contract is up, I will not be going with Vodafone again. Apparently they can’t close accounts in store due to it being a franchise!

Poor Customer Service
I had a very bad experience with vodafone in Haywards Heath on the 1st of Nov. I went in there to check on an order which I thought was done on 31st Oct at Haywards heath branch. The Customer service at haywards said the order was not completed on 31st Oct. Then She said you have two options cancel the order and thats it or start over again(which I spend two hr with my pregnant wife on 31st oct at store). The way they treated us on 1st of Nov was not right as I think as a customer when you spend time for a product you really want to buy the company should also make sure that the customer for their product is treated well and not come back and say you need to cancel it and do nothing. Instead to get the order sorted out they just wanted to cancel it and finish it. If vodafone doesn’t want customers to purchase phones from their outlets don't advertise saying you have got offers and so on. If you think customers can be treated like this then you’re wrong.
Have been using for Vodafone for long and I would say Burgess Hill Store is better that HH.

Upgrade phone switch
