Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service. Simon helped my mum pick a new phone and suitable contract. He was very patient, helpful and guided her through all of her options and spent ample time explaining everything. Highly recommend.

Hereford store customer service
I have a problem with the service on my Samsung S23. I have been dealing with Vodafon customer service and feel like I have been pushed from pillar to post. I felt I had no option but to try and get this sorted face to face in store. Although the problem is not sorted as yet I can't thank Brad enough in the Hereford store for his understanding, listening ear, being totally professional and going above and beyond with customer service. When my phone is due for upgrade I will be back to see Brad in store, credit to the company. Thank you Brad 😊

Brad was great
I had a very helpful advisor named Brad who helped me restlessly for about an hour as there was an issue with collecting my phone due to some checks. Would highly recommend him if you need assistance in store. 10/10

Charlee at Vodafone in Hereford was…
Charlee at Vodafone in Hereford was very friendly and helpful when an autistic friend of mine lost her phone and couldn’t remember lots of important info she needed to organise getting a replacement. Infinite patience and kindness was shown to Amelia and Charlee made the whole experience hassle free whilst also explaining everything in a way that Amelia could take in. Cheers Charlee!!

We visited the store in Hereford to ask for help with my phone not syncing and seemingly having lost my email group. We were helped immediately by Chris who was extremely helpful and sorted everything out plus giving me some helpful new tips on using my phone.

Outstanding service from Simon. I bought my elderly mother in to set her up with a new tablet, broadband plan etc.
He slowly explained everything, along with good recommendations and also set up the new tablet so it was all ready for use.
I could not fault his customer service!
