Great service by josh. Helped me get my sim working again

This was my first time in the store and although I had a bit of a wait to be served, I realized when it was my turn that this was because the staff spend as much time with each customer as is needed. As I was waiting and during my turn, I could see that each associate was aware of new customers coming in and made sure they served them in the correct order. They remained calm at all times, dealing extremely well and professionally with one very difficult customer in particular.
When it came to my turn, I was helped by Jamal, the store manager, who listened to my needs and did everything he could to ensure that what he suggested would meet those needs. He was very honest and managed to come up with a solution. He was presented with several difficulties while helping me, including a very busy store and a difficult customer, which he handled exceptionally well.
I have since been back into the store with an additional query and was helped by a different member of staff. I had an equally positive experience.
This experience of the High Wycombe store has left me with a very positive impression of Vodafone. If this is the ethos of the whole company, then I am very impressed.

Was in the Vodaphone shop in the Eden Centre High Wycombe today and was seen by Shimal, he resolved my phone issue very quickly and talked me through waht to do to use the fix.
After this he was looking at my Vodaphone contract and could see savings that I could make on my Broadband connection, we went through the paperwork, and now saving £7 a month on my contract, so left happy and my phone is smiling.

I went into the store and spoke to a chap named Daniel. I had issues with the phone for months, especially with viruses. Gave him the phone and he cleaned within minutes. He also ended up reducing my bill. Great service.

The manager of the store Jamal is outstanding. I am really impressed by how much he went the extra mile to resolve a number of issues I had been left with from terrible service from another store.
What ever they are paying this gentleman they need to double it! His product knowledge and service skills are beyond reproach. Please vodaphone HQ HR acknowledge this gentleman’s outstanding service he is an asset to you!

Went to the Vodafone store with my wife and sat with Daniel. We were paying a lot of money. He sat us down, took his time, explained everything we needed to know. Sold. We signed new contracts. The service was fantastic. Never disappointed when i visit the High Wycombe branch.

Bought a new phone and the lovely gentlemen in store helped me set it up and walked me through every step of it, great stuff from the team!

Went to the Vodafone store as i had software issues with my phone. I'm usually a techy guy, if i can say so myself, but couldn't resolve my issue. Jamal looked into my phone and fixed it within minutes. The service was great. 5 stars.

Chet quickly resolved my technical problem. He understood the problem quickly and was able to cleanly fix it with no fuss. I also walked away with a better deal on my daughters phone contracts!

I have been with Vodafone for many years and only reason I stay with them is due to Jamal. I only deal with Jamal for my mobile phone needs who provides an invaluable service. Not only the nicest person, professional and his knowledge and expertise is second to none. Everytime I visit I come away feeling I have been provided a 1st class service and been given a great deal. Recently came to this store as was having problems with my phone and network, and not only am i over the moon with my new phone and deal on my contract, but i have to say the customer service from Daniel, was wonderful and i really felt care and support from him. Shall be returning if i ever have anymore issues!

I had a very measurable experience with the company i was before. I went to the store in Wycombe with open mind thinking it will be the same thing here. I was wrong. I sat with Jamal and he was brilliant, he explained so many things i didn't know and was never explained to by my old provider. Highly recommend a visit.
