I went into the store and spoke to a chap named Daniel. I had issues with the phone for months, especially with viruses. Gave him the phone and he cleaned within minutes. He also ended up reducing my bill. Great service.

Amazing service from manager Jamal
The manager of the store Jamal is outstanding. I am really impressed by how much he went the extra mile to resolve a number of issues I had been left with from terrible service from another store.
What ever they are paying this gentleman they need to double it! His product knowledge and service skills are beyond reproach. Please vodaphone HQ HR acknowledge this gentleman’s outstanding service he is an asset to you!

Went to the Vodafone store with my wife…
Went to the Vodafone store with my wife and sat with Daniel. We were paying a lot of money. He sat us down, took his time, explained everything we needed to know. Sold. We signed new contracts. The service was fantastic. Never disappointed when i visit the High Wycombe branch.

Went to the Vodafone store as i had software issues with my phone. I'm usually a techy guy, if i can say so myself, but couldn't resolve my issue. Jamal looked into my phone and fixed it within minutes. The service was great. 5 stars.

I have been with Vodafone for many years and only reason I stay with them is due to Jamal. I only deal with Jamal for my mobile phone needs who provides an invaluable service. store visit experiance

I had a very measurable experience with…
I had a very measurable experience with the company i was before. I went to the store in Wycombe with open mind thinking it will be the same thing here. I was wrong. I sat with Jamal and he was brilliant, he explained so many things i didn't know and was never explained to by my old provider. Highly recommend a visit.

I went to the Wycombe branch yesterday…
I went to the Wycombe branch yesterday to get my contract up to date. Spoke to a very nice lad named Tudor. He made everything so cheap and did a transfer for my wife. Top lad. Great experience.
