I came intoVodafone Hitchin with so many viruses taking over my phone. I saw Mutzy who assisted me and helped me remove all those nasty viruses. Thank you so much for your kindness and patience.

Switching SIM & Broadband

I changed both my SIM & Broadband to Vodafone, with the process being very easy. Both Glenn & Jamie were incredibly helpful & polite, explaining everything step-by-step. Would easily recommend :)

Marlware issues sorted

Once again got great service from Glenn, Hitchin. He sorted a malware issue which was causing irritating multiple pings a day. Also gave guidance on alternative software to use for PDF documents.

Akila went above and beyond to help…

Akila went above and beyond to help sort out the account. She was patient, diligent and very polite and professional. She explained everything very carefully and made sure I understood the details. I am very grateful for her help and excellent advice.

I had an issue with my phone

I had an issue with my smartphone....pointless adverts were interrupting everything I was trying to accomplish on my phone.
I went into the Hitchin store of Vodafone for advice and Glen greeted me in a cheerful , friendly manner and was immediately helpful.
Glen described clearly in detail everything he would try in order to get rid of the 'virus'. He showed confidence and expertise in knowing how to tackle the problem.
He was very patient but advised that I left the phone with him for a couple of hours as it would take time to go through individual apps to find the problem.
He assured me that my phone would be secure, as I left my password with him.
On return, I found Glen had resolved the problem efficiently and he explained exactly what he had done.
I found the whole process stress free and cannot praise Glen enough for his patience and consideration in seeing the job through. I left the store a very happy person with my phone returned to 'normal'
I would definitely recommend using the store to anyone and particularly to make sure that Glen is available on customer service for assistance!
Excellent experience!

I would really like to commend Akila

I would really like to commend Akila, with Vodafone in Hitchin. She was amazing with my rather convoluted problem, took care of it and was so gracious in wanting to do extra things for me. Highly recommend her ability in managing tech issues.
