Amazing Support

Daughter's first phone!

Problem solved !!
Spoke with Garry , Shop Manager, about some confusion regarding connection in error to an old number i thought was cancelled!
Garry was excellent and very efficient in sorting the problem and also arranged an upgrade for me!

Excellent service from Callum who put…
Excellent service from Callum who put me on a new cheaper contract and was in and out within 10 minutes. Very happy as these things are quite painful and convoluted but not this time.

Fantastic service …
I happened to walk past the Vodafone shop in Hove in George street and thought I quickly ask about an upgrade. Half an hour later I walked out with a brand new iPhone 17 and couldn’t be more happier. Gary was so friendly and helpful and super professional
