I was on a time limit but received such brilliant service!

I popped into the st stephens store with just 25mins to upgrade my device and contract. Your staff member, Jack, was fantastic from start to finish! Professional, friendly, polite, and really helpful. He gave me such knowledgeable information and brilliant customer service so that I could make my decision, and I left with a new device and contract thst I was extremely happy with - and all within my 25min timeframe! Jack is an asset staff member to your store. Thank you, Kate

Great experience

I had a really great experience at Vodafone in Hull. I had a chat with Cait B., and she was incredibly helpful, friendly, and patient. She took the time to understand what I needed and explained everything clearly, which made the whole experience very easy and pleasant.

I have just been served by a lovely young man called Jack, who was so helpful and patient as I am useless with phones!! He was very polite, professional and a credit to your company. A lot of young people could learn from his attitude!

Absolutely exceptional service

Absolutely exceptional service. I'm not very tech savvy and needed a dual SIM setting up and a data bundle. Caitlin P served me. She has a wonderful manner, explained everything clearly and knows the options well. She helped me set everything up so it was completely stress free.
