Kind and responsive service

On a Saturday we walked in and were immediately greeted by Caitlin P.

She was kind and responsive, and clearly knowledgeable. She helped us problem solve our situation and made sure we left the store with a clear solution and plan. She offered us various options and we chose the one that works best for us. She worked fast and we were finished much faster than expected. Thank you.

Vodafone Hull, St Stephen’s shopping centre.
Caitlin P was brilliant great customer service was seen to straight away listened to exactly what I wanted and was really professional very kind and understanding of my babies I had with me. Got the iPhone 17 pro max and very happy. Thank you so much she is a credit to your company.

Caitlin P was really approachable and friendly and helped with upgrading my phone. She explained every part of the process and the next steps. I always try to do it in person instead of online and it really helps when you have staff in the store who genuinely want to help. Thanks Caitlin.

Great service at Vodafone

I was served by Caitlin B at the Vodafone store in St Stephen's in Hull.
The whole experience was great! Very smooth process, even though I was doing a return and upgrade. She was very friendly and professional, and clear with what I had to pay. First class service!
