A shout out for Simon at the Hull store!

I've been with Vodafone for years but this review is specifically for Simon at the Hull store who started there just recently. I am rubbish with tech stuff and thought I was going to have to get a new phone after my much loved huawei finally gave up the ghost but with his help sorting out more storage and memory on my other handset I came away with a phone I could use without having to get a new one. His patience, friendliness and customer service were absolutely spot on and next time we need our devices upgrading or dealing with we shall go back to store and ask for him specifically instead of doing it online.

My experience was fabulous Dylan went above and beyond to make sure I was all set up on my new iPhone from my Samsung 25 ultra which I was having problems with so managed to swap to iPhone 17 pro max luckily I was within the 14 days thanks Dylan your a star

Screen problem

Rang Vodafone last night with a screen problem and advised yo take my phone to a shop. Did that today. Staff member last night didn't advise me on the full details but the assistant today was very good.

Help with short term plan

Shane is what good customer service should be

At home phone set to 5g cannot make a call. Went into Hull store where Shane tried and call was successful. He then explained that My local cell site had an issue proving My phone was working properly. All this in 15 minutes when I spent an hour talking to a call centre and got nowhere. Being a face to face Shane could see how pleased I was and so doesn't need this review. So this is for those who weren't there to see how good an employee He is.

New iPhone purchase

My wife went into the store to purchase a new phone. Jack helped us from the start and made it a smooth process. He got her a very good proce for the iPhone 17. Thank you for your help Jack.
