Caitlin B- Phone upgrades

I am really happy with how smoothly my experience was in store, I came in unsure about what to expect with one of my phones and came out with two new Samsung S25 phone upgrades. Caitlin B is an asset to the Vodafone team and company, she was so friendly and welcoming, and she made me feel comfortable and at ease talking to about what I would like from today's visit. Caitlin B was great! Will definitely come back inshore in the future!

Jack gave outstanding service , trouble shooting my old phone as my Touch ID would not work . All sorted new phone bought .

Very Knowledgeable, Great Customer Service

Came into the Vodafone store and spoke to someone called Shane about upgrading to a new phone, he went above and beyond to find the phone that suited my needs and he was very knowledgeable in all the latest phones

iPhone sale

The service was exceptional after having a bad experience online and I was told my order was cancelled. Caitlin P the retail adviser from the Hull store was very helpful and rectified the issue very professionally and promptly. Overall the customer service was very impressive considering the ordeal online.
