Fantastic service from Kurt

Fantastic service from Kurt, the manager at Vodafone Ipswich. He was friendly, knowledgeable and really took the time to understand what I needed. Everything was explained clearly, and I never felt rushed or pressured into anything. Kurt went above and beyond to make sure everything was sorted and I left really happy with the service.

Would definitely recommend Kurt and the team at Vodafone Ipswich!

Great face to face experience

Ben was really patient and helpful in trying to get our monthly costs down, not only on one phone but also our broadband package, saving us money each month. He also upgraded another phone’s SIM at the same time. I normally upgrade online and never been very happy, but would go in to a shop personally in future.

A pleasingly positive experience

Eveline was commendably professional and welcoming. Taking trouble to explain things clearly, she maintained my confidence that whenever I go into a Vodafone shop I will never be disappointed.

Helpful, professional and friendly

Came into the Ipswich store with my mother and was assisted by Princess. She was incredibly helpful, professional and patient with my mother who struggled to understand the technical side of things. Highly recommend

Excellent service from Rob at Ipswich Tavern Street

I visited Rob at Vodafone Tavern Street Ipswich, where he dealt with my questions and help me choose the plan that was correct for me. He has always been very knowledgeable friendly and really patient with myself and the rest of my family when helping me over the years choose the correct Vodafone package is a great guy and I cannot speak highly enough about him.

The gent is was sat with totally…

The gent is was sat with totally understood what my requirements where, recommended a product better than i had and cheaper.
The whole team in the shop where very welcoming and NO hard sell, wouldn’t hesitate to go back

Very helpful Ipswich Vodafone store

I went to the Vodafone store because I wanted to talk to someone face to face about my options.
I went to the shop on Tavern Street, Ipswich. Rob listened carefully to what I needed & advised me accordingly. He explained everything very clearly & overcame my anxiety about purchasing a new phone! He is very knowledgeable & friendly.
